OHM is a personal growth companion for adults who carry a lot — responsibilities, expectations, worries, and quiet dreams they rarely talk about. We built OHM because most people don't need more content or motivation. They need a space to think, gain clarity, and grow.
THE ORIGIN
The name OHM comes from two places. It's a unit of resistance in physics — a reminder that friction is normal, and that working through resistance is how energy flows. And it echoes the meditation sound OM, a symbol of wholeness, presence, and return to yourself.
OHM was built on a simple belief: you don't need to be in crisis to deserve support. And you don't need to spend an hour in therapy every week to do meaningful inner work. Five minutes, thoughtfully used, can change the texture of your day — and over time, the shape of your life. Our hope is that you leave each visit feeling a little more heard, a little clearer, and more sure of your next step.

A note on safety: OHM is not a mental health service. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical care. If you're in crisis, please reach out to 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911. If you're looking for professional support, visit the Connect page.
